Operate mobile and crawler cranes on engineered lifts and equipment sets. NCCCO certification required, or near-certified with verifiable seat time. Sound judgment under load is the job.
Plan and execute rigging on heavy, high-value equipment — slings, beams, shackles, and the math behind them. Qualified rigger experience and a sharp eye for load control essential.
Haul heavy and oversize equipment on long-haul and cross-country runs. Lowboy and oversize/overweight experience strongly preferred. Clean record and willingness to travel nationally.
Lead crews on crane, rigging, skidding, and machinery-moving jobs. Own the plan in the field, coordinate with the client, and set the safety standard on site.
Produce and stamp engineered lift plans, rigging calculations, and project submittals. Licensed PE required (or on track) to seal documents for AHJ and owner submission. Heavy-rigging or structural background preferred.
Tear down, move, install, and align production equipment. Mechanical aptitude and machinery-moving or millwright experience strongly preferred.
Scope and price fixed-price and T&M work. Rigging, machinery-moving, or heavy-haul background needed to read a job accurately and protect margin from the bid forward.
Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and day-to-day operations. Organized, proactive, and comfortable keeping a fast-moving field business running behind the scenes.
